Ordering from them was a complete nightmare. No one responds, and attempts to get in touch are futile. It took them six days to reply to my email, only to inform me that I had to pay for return shipping. I ordered two pairs of shoes, which had free shipping initially, but later I received an email stating that one of the main pairs I wanted was unavailable. They only credited my account a small amount and charged me full price for the shoes I didn't want and for shipping. I thought I could return them to a local store, but it’s closed now. Now, I have to drive an hour just to return them, and I'm frustrated every time I think about wearing them. The shoes arrived in a faded box, and they looked used, with multiple scuffs. It's ridiculous.
