My experience with ordering has been incredibly frustrating. No one responds to inquiries, regardless of what option you select to reach out. It took them six days to reply to my email, only to inform me that I needed to pay for the return shipping. I had ordered two pairs of shoes, and my order initially had free shipping due to the total amount spent. Then, after they shipped, I received an email stating that one of the pairs I really wanted was unavailable. They only refunded about $10 and charged me full price for the shoes I didn't actually want, along with shipping fees. I had hoped to return them to a local store, but it turns out that location is closed. Now, I have to drive an hour just to return them, which adds to my frustration. When the shoes I didn't want arrived, they came in a faded box and appeared used, with five scuffs on one of them. It's unbelievable.

I had to return a couple of pairs of shoes I bought online. They were in perfect condition, within the 30-day return window, and I had the packing receipt, so why was I asked for my Driver's License? Additionally, the employee was unfriendly and unprofessional. I agree with others: I'd rather pay a bit more somewhere else for better customer service.
Do not trust this company! I placed my first and last order on November 28, and it was canceled the same day. They list items they don't have and then make you wait up to 10 business days to get your money back. How can they charge for items they don't have and then keep you waiting? They didn't even inform me properly; I paid extra for next-day shipping, and here I am on December 4, realizing they never attempted delivery! They're just collecting money!
I’m 91 years old and purchased a pair of slip-in shoes. The cashier was nice and helped me apply for a charge card, which I got approved. I paid my bill on the due date, but then received a statement with a late fee and additional charges. I called customer service multiple times and ended up paying it, asking them to cancel the card. I love the store, but this is outrageous. I've never faced such a late fee from any major store.
I had the worst in-store experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly and even accused me of shoplifting when I mixed up shoe boxes. They were rude and stopped my husband from leaving. When we showed them the mixed-up pairs, they suggested we should have organized the boxes correctly. This was a horrible experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this store. I wish I could give them a negative rating—the staff was just awful.

I contacted them immediately upon noticing the tracking issue, but after a week, I received an automated response stating that addresses can't be changed. The email provided for assistance doesn't accept messages! I got a refund from my payment service right away because this is completely unacceptable! This company is the worst! If this happens regularly, they won't last long.
