I’m 91 years old and purchased a pair of slip-in shoes. The cashier was nice and helped me apply for a charge card, which I got approved. I paid my bill on the due date, but then received a statement with a late fee and additional charges. I called customer service multiple times and ended up paying it, asking them to cancel the card. I love the store, but this is outrageous. I've never faced such a late fee from any major store.
