I've ordered several times from this company without issues, but this last order had a hiccup. I received a pair of shoes quickly, but they were too large. I initiated a return and ordered a smaller size, which also arrived promptly. However, it's now been over a week since my return was received, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I reached out multiple times without a response. I eventually confirmed with customer service that they received my return. I will give it a few more days before disputing with my payment service. (Update: I did receive my full refund without needing to dispute it; I deducted one star for the lack of communication.)
