My experience with ordering has been incredibly frustrating. No one responds to inquiries, regardless of what option you select to reach out. It took them six days to reply to my email, only to inform me that I needed to pay for the return shipping. I had ordered two pairs of shoes, and my order initially had free shipping due to the total amount spent. Then, after they shipped, I received an email stating that one of the pairs I really wanted was unavailable. They only refunded about $10 and charged me full price for the shoes I didn't actually want, along with shipping fees. I had hoped to return them to a local store, but it turns out that location is closed. Now, I have to drive an hour just to return them, which adds to my frustration. When the shoes I didn't want arrived, they came in a faded box and appeared used, with five scuffs on one of them. It's unbelievable.
