I wanted a special gift to give my wife for Valentine’s Day. The product I ordered came out blurry and had a much darker hue than the original photo and the preview photo. When I emailed their customer service, they told me that it was my fault and that the picture I used made it come out the way it did. Apparently their printers don’t know the difference between black and brown because the photo that was delivered made me look like a silhouette. I have never been so disappointed with the customer service. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
