Order of CHF 600 Not Delivered – No ResponseI placed an order of CHF 600+, expected on 11 December. It’s now 20 January, and I have received nothing and I no longer want to receive the package because it was for a past surprise. There is no need to send me the package. I contacted the company several times and got no reply at all for a reimbursement procedure.Extremely poor service. I strongly advise others to avoid this website.I am now considering exploring legal dispute procedure to recover my money. Has anyone else had a similar experience and managed to get a refund ?
