I had a problem with my steering wheel and with base unit. With their expert knowledge Mr. Chris found a problem which I was not seeing at first. With his guidance, he provided help and spare parts to fix my wheel and wheel base. From my point of view this is how all after sales support should look like. I will recommend Fanatec to others.
