I ordered the new 2026 Padres City Connect baseball caps in both 39Thirty Flex Fit style and the Low Profile 59Fifty fitted baseball caps made by New Era and the sizing was completely wrong. I have several versions of these same hats from the same manufacturer that fit perfect, but these were way too large. I called the customer service number (855) 438-0679 and got a chatbot that was completely useless. I was finally able to connect with someone who told me I could not exchange them even after I told them all i wanted was to get the right size, so now I have to return the items for a credit then reorder them, or else be charged a fee for restocking, WTH? So, to not lose money I have to continue to do business with them until I hopefully get hats the finally fit, I'm hoping my first guess at the size works for me, but this is absolutely some of the worst customer service yet, even in this new world of horrible customer service it's really bad. Fingers crossed and prey for me please.
