Bought a 40 dollar superbowl LX shirt from my teams "shop". It was the lowest quality shirt I've ever received. When buying from your teams pro shop, make sure it's not from fanatics. All the 1 star reviews are 100% real. Garbage product from a garbage company. STAY AWAY, save your money.
I ordered a hoodie for my son back BEFORE Christmas. It’s the end of February and I’m STILL waiting on it. One “person” told me via their online chat that it would ship in the middle of January. If it ever gets here, my son won’t even fit in it. The item currently says it’s ready to ship through its item page on the website. How can they have this posted for other consumers when I or someone else have been waiting for over 2 months for it to get here?
I placed an order for a product through the app, taking advantage of free delivery, but I still spent nearly 50 bucks. Instead of using a reliable delivery service, I ended up with a service that was less than satisfactory. My order was placed on January 15th, originating from a location close to me in Pennsylvania, yet it was routed all the way to New York. It's baffling why the package was sent so far instead of being delivered directly to a facility nearby. This situation has caused unnecessary delays and just doesn't make sense. It feels like we're living in a world where logic is lost, and I worry about the future for the younger generations growing up in such a confusing environment.
The order was marked as “shipped” on January 5, but by January 19, the tracking status with UPS remained at “Label Created.” The seller stated that the package was shipped and attributed the issue to UPS not scanning it, which is misleading since UPS never received the package. After a long wait, I had to request a refund. There was a lack of transparency in fulfillment and the shipping communication was inaccurate.
I ordered a football jersey on December 6th with an expected delivery between the 19th and 23rd before Christmas. It was delayed to the 26th, then pushed to January 4-10, followed by an email stating it would ship by January 19th. Now, the delivery is moved again to February 4-10. This has ruined Christmas for my son-in-law and impacted the entire football season. I will not recommend or order anything again, despite the 25% discount offered as an apology. I also ordered from a veteran site and will be reaching out to them about this subpar service.
I ordered a jersey as a gift, but it did not meet my expectations. I attempted to email using the order confirmation, but my messages keep bouncing back as undeliverable. I also tried to use the online chat, but received no response. The service has been extremely disappointing, and after seeing numerous negative reviews, I’m not surprised by the issues.
Getting customer service is nearly impossible, and finding a legitimate way to return or exchange items is frustrating. This store feels like a one-way street, and I won't be using them again. My husband and son typically wear a large, but the sweatshirt and pajama set I ordered in large didn't fit at all (they run significantly small). There’s no feasible way to exchange them without losing most of my money on shipping back and forth. Overall, this store is utterly disappointing.
I really question why I continue to place orders with the company. I own several styles of hats from a well-known brand. Every time I order, it feels like they send me the flawed versions. For instance, a specific style fits me perfectly, but the one I received from the company is enormous. It’s unwearable. This has happened with every hat I've ordered from them (three times now). I’m not sure why I keep trying, but I’ve decided to stop.
I tried to exchange an item purchased as a holiday gift for a larger size. The item adhered to all visible return policy guidelines, was unused, and I was only seeking a size exchange, not a refund. Nevertheless, the company denied the exchange because the item was deemed '38 days old.' A customer service representative informed me that there is an internal 30-day limit in their system that is not disclosed on the website. If customers are not made aware of this limit, the policy becomes misleading. It seems unreasonable to refuse an exchange for a gift based on a hidden restriction, especially when no refund is requested. For a company of this stature, this appears intentionally rigid and not customer-oriented. I would advise others considering gifts from this company to be cautious, as you might face difficulties with exchanges even when you believe you are following their stated guidelines.
