Pretended to be MSC Cruise asking for “port fees” in order to board a cruise the following week. Took $276 on a credit card. After research and charge on my credit card, it turned out MSC has no idea who these people are and had already collected the full cruise charge. Total scam and fraud. DO NOT GIVE FAN BASIS ANY INFO OR CREDIT CARD.
