Looks like the scam reviews of this company are starting to pile up. This company really does not know what they are doing. They should NOT be in the credit card processing business. Who ever they process through should shut them down. This company is a scam. I agree - there is no customer service. One tell tale sign of a scam business is no 800#. If I were processing cards with this company I would stop immediately. get your money. There must be some sort of financial problems with this company as we have seen many posts on the internet about this company closing accounts and hold VERY large sums of money. We have tried to get in contact with them and the only way is through e-mail. How do you run a business just bye-mail? IF they get back to us - it's several days later. They are holding over $25,000 of our money. They ALSO tried to pull $29,000 out of our checking account - a big no-no. We talking with our attorney and he there have been many banking laws broken here. I highly suggest, if you had problems wit this company, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney Generals office. Enough complaints will get them shutdown.
Support has been fantastic - these guys really know their stuff when it comes to financing options, giving our clients a smooth checkout experience, and giving us great customer service. As a merchant, I processed nearly 200 transactions flawlessly over months with zero disputes, chargebacks, or violations.
I clearly explained my high-ticket consulting model during onboarding and proactively disclosed expected larger payments in 2026 as I was shifting from their competitors to increase my company's revenue on Fanbasis platform. Big mistake.
Without any prior warning or specific evidence, Fanbasis terminated my account on Feb 6, 2026, claiming "elevated risk" and holding tens of thousands (nearly $70,000 to be specific) in funds for up to 120 days (possibly longer per their non-disclosed ToS).
They referenced a prior "compliance issue" that was fully resolved with evidence months ago, which also resulted in full interruption of our account with no communication due to their false accusations and by providing the evidence submitting their accusations to be false, they overturned it then and let me continue processing. I should have left their platform but gave them benefit of the doubt.
Now, their Support claimed withdrawals were available, but attempts failed initially. Partial funds ($24k) eventually released, but the remaining $44k+ is still frozen with zero explanation or evidence of risk factors.
To be 100% clear: we have a perfect track record of nearly 200 transactions. Yes, that means zero charge backs or disputes. And out of no where, they terminate the account and I had to reach out to them several times to even get a response. Complete disrespect and violation of several state and federal laws, regardless of their Risk Compliance claims of their ToS.
Communication is either non-existent or contradictory... no call options, vague emails, false accusations, refusing details and predatory type business methods.
This has severely disrupted my business and client relationships.
Their "sole discretion" clause doesn't justify arbitrary holds on earned funds after a clean record. Pattern of similar complaints on tother platforms BBB about sudden holds, terminations, and delays. Again, not recommended for any merchant relying on reliable payouts.
Avoid them at all costs.
I would run from this company if you process credit cards. They have NO customer service. You literally can not call anyone. You can e-mail them and they might get backto you in couple days. Good luck if you have a problem. I have a feeling they will not be in business very long. They're holding $15,000 of our money for no reason. We pwere roessing with them for 12 month and then boom they hold our money. This is a scam going on here. I have read many, many other complaints like mone on the internet. They do not know what they are doing nad should not be processing cresdit cards. Do not use them.
AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS! Initially, they do not provide any real assistance in generating sales; their strategies are ineffective. Even after ending my association with them, I continued to incur charges. I had to request refunds multiple times, but today, they refused to refund me and blocked me on messaging after I asked for my money back. They unexpectedly charged me a one-time fee after my subscription was terminated. This is the biggest scam I've encountered!
