I paid for home delivery of a package, but it never arrived. The courier called me in the morning saying delivery would happen that afternoon, but it didn't. Customer service wasn't answering my calls. I was forced to pick up my package the next day from a post office far away, and I had to pay for a taxi both ways. I expected home delivery, not to be sent to a neighboring village. This is the worst delivery experience I've had.
