I was given a delivery time of 14:30, but later I was informed that it might arrive at 18:30. Eventually, I learned that it would be delivered the next day. I'm hoping for it to arrive soon. I reached out to the support team via email and phone, but received no response. However, the delivery person was kind and did reply to my messages.
While they are quick in covering distances on the same day, they struggle significantly with last-mile delivery. They rarely use their self-service lockers, and many parcels are marked undelivered and sent back to their sorting center. Notifications about parcel arrivals are infrequent, and I've had to rush to pick up packages just before they were returned.
I paid for home delivery of a package, but it never arrived. The courier called me in the morning saying delivery would happen that afternoon, but it didn't. Customer service wasn't answering my calls. I was forced to pick up my package the next day from a post office far away, and I had to pay for a taxi both ways.
