worst of the worst. one of their employees who collects parcels gave me a transport receipt and asked me for twice the amount on the receipt. when I refused to pay, he actually started swearing at me and threatened to beat me up :))) today I wanted to send a parcel so I want to their main office in my city. It took five of them to find out the actual transport price tag. Amazing incompetence! Avoid!
