I ordered a Fancyleds Sync Box for my parent’s Christmas gift on Black Friday (over three weeks before Christmas). After sending follow up emails asking the status of my order when it had not shipped for nearly two weeks, I received a response email stating that my order would ship a week and a half before Christmas. Less than a week before Christmas I received another email from their customer support stating that the item was on backorder and would not arrive for quite some time. I was a bit frustrated that it took them this long to tell me and I was now in a hurry to purchase a gift for them. I asked the customer support representative if I could upgrade to a higher model that would arrive in time. They only respond to emails in the middle of the night and once per day. So it was a slow process getting a response. After multiple emails of me trying to make the order work, they’re only offer was $10 off the most expensive model. They would not even include expedited shipping, especially as this issue originated from the company. I ended up canceling my order and never received the sync box.
