I have the same story as everyone else. I ordered a dress, followed the tracking, and the product never showed up, even when it said it had delivered. The customer service email talks you in circles. Once I saw all the reviews of people saying this company is a complete scam, I contested the charge on my credit card. The only good thing that happened was Fancy Spring reimbursed me today, I'm assuming because my credit card company reached out to them.
