I placed an order in October 2025 and never received my package. After contacting customer service, I was told in December that my order would be resent. It is now February and I still have not received anything. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of follow-through and accountability. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the money and avoid ordering from this website.

0 if I could. Like most others here, I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Item was apparently delivered but never was. Fake tracking information etc. just avoid at all costs. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so am in the middle of a refund process. Whenever buying off these sites, always use PayPal.
I have the same story as everyone else. I ordered a dress, followed the tracking, and the product never showed up, even when it said it had delivered. The customer service email talks you in circles. Once I saw all the reviews of people saying this company is a complete scam, I contested the charge on my credit card. The only good thing that happened was Fancy Spring reimbursed me today, I'm assuming because my credit card company reached out to them.
Do not use this website, it is 100% scam. I ordered a dress, it says it got delivered but it shows it was in a whole different province. I reached out to "customer service " they take forever to respond and then say its been delivered. Check your with neighbors, family or friends to see if they have the package. I showed proof of the different locations and they are still saying they wil check with the courier. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Please, please please do not buy from here! This website is a scam, I know those prices make people want to immediately click buy now; but I assure you this entire website is deceitful. I was already worried when I'd gotten a fraud message asking if I'd ordered from fancyspring - but I'd gave them the benefit of the doubt. And the fact that it had been almost 2 weeks with no shipment developments? Not smart at all.
Found a dress i liked for homecoming, ordered it back in November, tracking info said it was delivered October 25th to the wrong address. It's now December and it's not arrived yet, customer service is wildly unhelpful and keeps giving me a link to their shipping companies website while telling me to track the package myself.
Never ever buy on this website they're scammers. I had very bad experience with them. I bought a dress and never received it. They sent me a link and the tracking number to confirm that I have received the item.DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE SCAMMERS😭SCAMMERS
