I ordered the Celeste Vinyl Soundtrack Box Set (€150.96) on July 21, 2025. The vinyl arrived damaged. Fangamer promised two replacements, but both FedEx tracking numbers (#391682233614 and #392379857403) were fake – never scanned or updated. After 1 month of silence, they offered a laughable $15 refund, which is illegal under French consumer law (Articles L216-2 and L216-1).Only after threatening legal action and a chargeback did they finally agree to a full refund – but this should never have been necessary. Their customer service is unresponsive, dishonest, and unprofessional.Avoid Fangamer unless you’re prepared for:Lost or undelivered packages (with fake tracking numbers).Partial refunds that violate consumer rights.No accountability until you threaten legal consequences.Update: After public pressure, they refunded me in full. But why should customers have to fight this hard for basic rights? Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.
