Horrible Customer Service and far too many fees. The company messed up the shipping address by leaving off the apartment number and then proceeded to blame me and charge me the ridiculous shipping price twice. It took well over a month and some change after the initial estimated date for the package to arrive (missing two thirds of the items ordered). Not to mention the horrendous, aggressive customer service that should really be renamed to customer disservice considering how rude, vulgar, and generally poorly trained they were. Their customer service department needs some obvious major overhaul considering the lack of tact and people skills displayed that borderline left me ready to explode (coming from a customer service expert who is used to giving a lot of leeway to these things). Either the website or labeling department also needs some changes considering how they messed up the package, perhaps simply dedicating more resources to ensure proper delivery considering the horrendous prices you charge. Either way I do not intend to ever spend money on this hell site again regardless of if the merch is only officially sold on it or not. Pirating and unofficial merch is far better than attempting to deal with Fangamer.
