Firstly the products are something else which I’ll talk about later, but I also felt like they really cared for me as a customer and went to extra lengths to ensure the gifts i bought would be here in the UK as soon as they could get them over for my husbands birthday. As it happened, they came 3 days late whilst I was at work, so I didn’t have time to intercept them and wrap them up, but I was amazed when my husband told me that they had already been beautifully gift wrapped and said he thought I’d told them to. I hadn’t! I also found afterwards they’d thrown in a limited edition banjo kazooee sticker, a stardew valley beer mat, and some little touches to the boxes which made it really special. And I have to say that after a difficult birthday in isolation, (followed by an urgent tooth removal which caused so much drama the week of his birthday) followed by me being at work when the delivery came my partner was blown away with the quality of all the gifts and spent some time photographing them and sending pictures to his friends. Even the T-shirt was a perfect fit. Brownie points to me one happy hubby, but all my thanks goes to Fangamer. A wonderful first experience and I will absolutely be ordering more from here ☺️
