Thought initially it seems to be a great company with some nice products , however the customer service for any issues or questions were rude & and never keen to answer any questions or help . They ran offers over Xmas / Black Friday asking you to spend a certain amount to qualify for fangamer discount vouchers . Then refused to give the vouchers for bulk buying in order to discount . More recently although the shipping has its duties and fees paid and is still expensive , on top of that there is now 20 plus percent taxes making a 20 dollar items cost 60 a 70 dollars once shipped .
