I bought two PVC pin sets and one metal pin. The backs of all pins are hard rubber, which holds up the pins pretty well, with the exception of one set. I reached out to support stating one of the sets detached with the lightest of tugs, and was told this wasn't a design flaw; the pins are meant to be easy to remove. Then I was told to simply go buy locking pin backs. I might have believed them this was intentional if ALL my pins were like that, but the other set and the metal one I bought from them stay put, the backs are pretty sturdy. Seems like they just used an excuse for the defected set.I tried writing an honest review on their site, I was generous with praising the quality of the pins, but recommended anyone who buy them to buy locking pin backs, or to not put the pins on a bag where it would be less noticeable if you lose them. So far the review has not gone through.. we'll see if it ever does.
