If I could give it a 0 I would. I bought several items and paid over $30 for shipping. They sent my order to Arizona (US) when I gave them a UK address, and then proceeded to ignore me for 2 days via email and Twitter. This isn't legal. I will give it another week but if I'm not given my items, with refunded shipping (as they sent my order to some random person in a different country at my expense), I will be finding out what I can legally do to get every penny back.I can understand a mistake being made with my order, but to ignore me while retweeting their fans is ludicrous. I deserve to know why my order has gone so wrong.
