The item was incorrectly packaged, and as a result I incurred a large customs fee. The delivery was extremely slow, taking more than a month.European customers did not receive a digital item which was meant to be included. This was despite being charged the same price as the American customers.Their customer service were polite, but offered zero compensation or apology for any issue relating to their poor service.The item itself was fine once it arrived. I would only use Fangamer again if there was no alternative.
