Disappointing Experience with FangamerI ordered the game Faith from Fangamer, and while they were quick to take my money, their follow-through on customer service left much to be desired. My item was lost in transit with USPS, and instead of helping resolve the issue, they shifted the responsibility onto me. As the seller, it’s their job to handle claims with USPS since I don’t have the necessary information to file a claim myself.Adding to my frustration, their listed phone number appears to be fake and routes to an unrelated auto-response system. It’s impossible to reach them for proper support.I expected better accountability and customer service from a company like Fangamer. Until they address these issues, I would caution others about purchasing from them. If something goes wrong, you might end up stuck without your item or a proper resolution.
