Purchased items to ship to the UK one day after their Christmas delivery window ended. That's fine - I wanted them for the 31st of December.It's the 29th of December and they haven't even SHIPPED. I sent them an email yesterday and received an automated response telling me I would need to wait TEN WORKING DAYS before they would even reply to the email. I spent a lot extra on their expensive shipping and they haven't even packed it. Furthermore their response email said they were closed from the 29th of January to the 1st of January - how unprofessional can you get?
