I ordered a Collector’s Edition of a game and the locket music box came busted, it’s out of tune. FanGamer’s own website states that they’ll work to get replacements on damaged items to customers and instead, when I placed a ticket, they refunded me $20 without any consent or confirmation on my end and then told me they couldn’t replace it and that I was confused. I’ve canceled all other orders with them and want to warn people not to buy their products, because if something is wrong, they will not help you.
