I didn't get my product as promised, although it was on my end I did reach out for a refund. The product was returned to the sender and I asked for a refund because of this. Although they responded with (one) email sent from an employee, they did not respond further. If they do in the future it's probably going to be weeks/months later. I want my $44 back please!
