Ordered shirt (shipping Fangamer.EU to UK). Got lots of dispatch emails from Netherlands Postal Service but the BOX ARRIVED (sealed but) EMPTY. Customer Service auto-replied promising a proper reply 7-10 days which they did, promising to issue a 'replacement'. More emails turned up from the Netherlands postal service and, after another week, A SECOND EMPTY BOX turned up! Took another week for customer service to reply but they issued the refund I requested pretty quickly. Seemed pretty unshocked that they were globally shipping empty boxes... read into that what you will.Tl;dr? I wasted a month trying to buy a shirt but ended up with an inbox full of Dutch dispatch notifications, 2 well-travelled empty boxes and a refund.
