My order was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, the residents there returned my order to the local post, and I eventually received it. I double-checked my shipping address, and it was correct. It’s unclear whether it was the company's or the shipping service's error, but this minor mistake caused me a lot of anxiety about the possibility of my order being stolen. The products are of good quality, but the shipping issues negatively impacted my overall experience.
All prices include VAT, but they fail to specify how much of the total is VAT and do not deduct it when the delivery address is outside the EU. As a result, I ended up paying VAT twice on my order, along with an extra fee for customs declaration. I reached out via email for a refund over a week ago, which is typically offered by most platforms, but have received no response. This level of service is quite unprofessional in my opinion. I will not be making any further purchases.
I had a frustrating experience with this service. I placed an order for a set of playing cards on November 19th, and after November 20, there were no updates on the package status. I received no communication until December 2nd. After waiting 8 days (including 6 business days) for a response from their support team, I was informed that my package was lost and that I would need to wait for the next restock. When I inquired about when that would be, they simply told me they would issue a refund and had no information on the next restock.
The quality of the merchandise is disappointing for the prices charged. A sticker sheet pack was raised from 9 euros to 18 euros, only to be halved again to create the illusion of a Black Friday "SALE!". Such tactics feel dishonest.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to commend them. Initially frustrated with a delay in my pre-order, which was postponed from March 2025 to September 2025, I was disappointed to find imperfections in one item. However, when I reached out regarding a replacement, they surprised me by offering to send a new item without requiring the old one back. Although the replacement hasn't arrived yet, their response has improved my perception of them. The other items were in good condition, and aside from the wait, I am satisfied with my order.
They only sent half of my order. I purchased two expensive items but only received one. While I’m satisfied with the item I got, I expect a refund or the remaining item. So far, my attempts to reach out have gone unanswered. If this issue is resolved, I will update my review, but this situation should not have occurred.
