I had a frustrating experience with this service. I placed an order for a set of playing cards on November 19th, and after November 20, there were no updates on the package status. I received no communication until December 2nd. After waiting 8 days (including 6 business days) for a response from their support team, I was informed that my package was lost and that I would need to wait for the next restock. When I inquired about when that would be, they simply told me they would issue a refund and had no information on the next restock.
