The system is intuitive, constantly evolving, and clearly built with hospitality operators in mind. The ongoing development of new features shows they truly understand the hospitality market.

The team are responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing feels too much trouble, and they genuinely want to see their clients succeed.

We’re very happy to recommend FanGo to other hotel groups and event-led venues.

Hilary at FanGo is amazing! She’s always so helpful with bookings and any queries. No issue is too small, and she makes sure everything is resolved. Plus, she always follows up to check that everything has been sorted. FanGo makes event booking so much easier and is a fantastic platform for exploring all events/ menus in one place. Highly recommend!

Great system with a brilliant team behind it!

We started working with Fango mid 2024 and it has been an absolute game changer. Joe & Greg held two training sessions with us before launching our events to ensure our team were comfortable with using the system. Fango is a huge time saver and easy for our guests to use. The reporting tool is brilliant - from an overview for our operations team to keeping track of the financials. Iwona has been absolutely amazing with supporting and very quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend Fango and their team - looking forward to continue working with you all in 2025!

Thank you Fango for implementing our event booking system, and more recently our accommodation booking system. The systems are user friendly, provide excellent reporting and the team have tailored to our individual needs, which is great!Our accommodation booking system provides us, as a business, with a unique tool that we offer to our customers, providing a value added service, whilst saving us hours of admin time.The team are very responsive and are proactive with new ideas.
