Review Time
I had done many light kits and this one is the absolute worst company. The instructions are unclear (Gaunlet and Enterprise) and wires are left exposed. I had to get 2 different types of instructions through customer support before finally getting them to work. The customer service is horrible. Back and forth with misguided information. I would not recommend at all.
I have been going back and forth with them trying to get a refund. The first response they provided when requesting a refund was that they would lose a week's wages if they provided a refund. Trying to guilt me?
I am beyond frustrated with the customer support. They did not answer any questions I had at the start and it was so confusing. They keep emailing me about various things that do not even matter anymore. They are just complely avoiding the refund. My guess is that they use this as a tactic to provide subpar product and avoid refunding because the customer just gets too frustrated.
They really screwed up here but will not take accountability. They are also upset about this review and threatened not to refund anything unless I remove this review. I told them to keep their refund and leave me alone now.
