This was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Between being charged twice, the second one flagging as fraud with my bank, calling to correct my address and then being told they could not fix it because they had already printed it. Errors upon errors pushed off onto the customer. I was told to just attempt to purchase again which would have resulted in being charged a total of 4 times for an item I was concerned wouldn’t even arrive because changed my shipping to be my billing address and not by PO Box without my consent. Emails lead to obvious AI responses with no real answers so I finally called.
I still haven’t received my refund from their supposed “authorization” charge of $76.
