During their 70% off sale, I purchased three pairs of high-compression leggings that were still quite pricey, with the assurance of free exchanges for any reason. Unfortunately, all three were too large, so I initiated the exchange process. I received an email stating that two of the three items were out of stock and that I should select similar options (without further guidance). I picked three new pairs of leggings with comparable compression, only to be told I had to pay more than my original purchase for the replacements. I've requested that they either uphold their sale promise or issue a full refund. Now I'm left waiting… and waiting… It seems I'll have to escalate this to my bank to retrieve my funds.
