I swear, I will NEVER buy anything from this company. My Facebook feed has been inundated with their ads for days, multiple multiple times every day, and I can’t make them stop. Any company that has to resort to such desperate advertising is not to be trusted. Go AWAY.
I ordered the wrong size of leggings. My fault and I contacted them. They have the best customer service I've seen in a long time. They sent me a freeshipping label and mailed me the size I needed immediately.
I own around 10 items, primarily tights, and I don't choose any other brand because these tights not only look fantastic but also feel incredible. The design is stylish, motivating me to hit the gym more frequently. The quality is evidently top-notch, and I believe the value of the products aligns perfectly with their price.
During their 70% off sale, I purchased three pairs of high-compression leggings that were still quite pricey, with the assurance of free exchanges for any reason. Unfortunately, all three were too large, so I initiated the exchange process. I received an email stating that two of the three items were out of stock and that I should select similar options (without further guidance). I picked three new pairs of leggings with comparable compression, only to be told I had to pay more than my original purchase for the replacements. I've requested that they either uphold their sale promise or issue a full refund. Now I'm left waiting… and waiting… It seems I'll have to escalate this to my bank to retrieve my funds.
I’ve always known Fanka for the leggings, until I found the EmbraceUp top! It’s a huge game changer for me. I have scoliosis, arthritis in back and neck, and disk damage. I’ve tried a $200 bra from another company and it helps my back but my boobs and underarms hate it! This does pretty much the same with comfort and compression. It works as a gentle reminder to straighten up. Great communication and fast shipping!
These pants are like the best massage ever! I bought the full length pants and a long sleeved top, both of which are like wearing neck to ankle compression gear. I have serious arthritis in my right hip and lower spine, and I can hardly feel any pain with these pants on. The long sleeved top is also tremendously supportive (I have the same arthritis issue in right shoulder/neck), but is a bit of a challenge to remove since it's so tight. Absolutely worth it! I will be buying more!
