This service is a scam. Save your money and buy from ticket sellers at the event instead. I had to purchase another ticket from a seller at the venue, which was even cheaper! The platform will not issue refunds. If your ticket fails, you lose your money. I was denied entry due to a non-working ticket and was told I needed a letter from event organizers to get a refund. This is absurd! They didn’t mention this requirement at the time of purchase. I regret not heeding the negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake. Update: After my review, they reached out and offered a refund, which I appreciate, but I still feel it's a gamble. I prefer buying from sellers at the venue in the future.
