Avoid purchasing tickets here, the service is unhelpful. We ended up with the wrong tickets and they refused to assist us. Following their suggestion, we sold the tickets on the platform. However, they informed us that we wouldn't receive the money until 8 days after the event 💀. This makes no sense. Don't waste your time; the support is very unhelpful and unprofessional.
I've been buying tickets from the company for some time now and have consistently had positive experiences. Communication with the service and sellers is excellent, and tickets arrive on time. The support team is also very responsive to any concerns.
This service is a scam. Save your money and buy from ticket sellers at the event instead. I had to purchase another ticket from a seller at the venue, which was even cheaper! The platform will not issue refunds. If your ticket fails, you lose your money. I was denied entry due to a non-working ticket and was told I needed a letter from event organizers to get a refund. This is absurd! They didn’t mention this requirement at the time of purchase. I regret not heeding the negative reviews. Don’t make the same mistake. Update: After my review, they reached out and offered a refund, which I appreciate, but I still feel it's a gamble. I prefer buying from sellers at the venue in the future.

When I requested a refund, he said he would check with his team. This website is utterly unreliable; avoid it!
