This was the worst experience. Lets start from the beginning.The sales guy was a real smooth talker, real slick salesman. Anyway, I was about to pull the trigger but I wanted to get a “client referral” call to check it was all legitimate (lucky I did). Long story short, I spoke with the "client referral" and then 3 days later i booked a call on their calendar to essentially buy, and guess what? The guy I spoke to was the SAME GUY who was working as a FanPro Salesperson!!!! In essence, their client referral was a fanpro employee in disguise.When I called him out on it, they spun some excuse about how he’s “both a client and helps with sales.”Instantly I was out.Unfortunately though one of my friends had already started with them a few months back.He paid them five figures for their so-called “done-for-you” package and all he got was a generic folder with some training and weeks of delays. He also spoke to Tyron the owner who told him "I cant be bothered speaking with you" when he was just asking for some basic help??? After that, support basically disappeared. No working setup, no refund, nothing.I didn’t lose money personally, but seeing how my friend’s turned out just confirmed what my gut was already telling me.Do your homework before you hand over a cent to FanPro Management. Please trust me, and just dont do it
