Review Time
I signed a contract for five AI models using the service's "Done For You" approach on September 27, 2025, and paid a significant amount at that time. Now, nearly three months later, my business has not generated any revenue. Be wary of the salesperson; he seems unaware of the operations and the effectiveness of this approach. I've contacted him multiple times with my concerns, but his response has consistently been, "I cannot help you." I also reached out to the CEO, who mentioned, "I've created a ticket as I don't have time to handle this personally," but that was on December 10, and I still haven't received a response from the team. This was after a five-day wait just to get his reply. They instructed me to create my AI models' accounts with a different platform, which required navigating strict KYC procedures that took about a week. To monetize this business, I needed to create a creator account and accumulate $50 before I could withdraw any funds. This process took almost two weeks to complete. However, the training indicated I needed to link my other AI model accounts to the first one. When I reached out for assistance, my initial account, which took three weeks to set up, was banned without any explanation. I can't access it or the funds within. What if I had a significant amount in there? It feels unjust that the platform can just ban accounts and seize funds without notice. I've contacted their support, but the only option is email, and I keep receiving the same suggestion to create a case, which takes an additional 10-15 business days. I should have realized this seemed too good to be true. While the management may aspire to build a legitimate enterprise, they appear far from achieving that. It seems like a few individuals are taking people's money and relying on cheap offshore labor to create an illusion of a functioning business. I recommend avoiding this venture until they resolve their significant process and support issues.
I signed a contract for 5 AI models using their "Done For You" approach on Sept 27, 2025 and paid $30,000 at that time. We're almost now 3 months in and my business has yet to make ANY revenue! Be careful of the salesperson. He doens't really have any idea what is going on with the operations and how this DFY approach works or doesn't work. I've reached out to him a number of times with my concerns and issues and his response is simply "I cannot help you." I have also reached out to the CEO and he said "I've created a ticket as I don't have time to handle this personally" and that was on 12.10. No response from his team to this date. This is after I waited 5 days just to get his response. They say to create your AI modes' accounts with Fanvue which is a different platform. I created my first account and you have to go through stringent KYC requirements which took about a week or so for the platform to complete. You need Fanvue to make the account a creator account so that you can monetize this business. You then need to accumulate $50 in the account before you can make a USD withdrawal. That process took almost 2 weeks to complete which I was able to do. HOWEVER, then the FanPro training says you need to have your other AI models accounts "linked" to this first one. I reached out to Fanvue to do this and my 1st account, which took 3 weeks to get to this point, was banned without any explanation. The account is locked, I'm not able to access it, and also not able to access the money in the account. WTF? What if this is really a good business and I had $10,000 in the account? Fanvue can just ban it and take the money?? I've reached out to Fanvue support but you can only email them and I keep getting the same response which is to try and create a case so that they can look into it. That takes another 10-15 business days. I should have known this was too good to be true. FanPro MGMT may be trying to become a real enterprise but they're nowhere near that. I think it's a few guys taking people's money and then using cheap off-shore labor at $3-4/hour to "look" like an enterprise that has business process and knows how to setup its licensees for success. I'd suggest not getting into this business until it's able to work through some major process and support issues for its licensees.
If i could give 0 stars I would. About 6 months ago, I spoke with a sales person from Fanpro, and explained my situation; a single mother raising 2 kids. They used some aggressive sales tactics on me, and the owner even spoke to me about how good their service was and I found myself taking out a 30% a year interest credit card to pay for their onboarding. Six months later, I have nothing, they all stopped replying to me, my sales person is claiming he wasn't paid by fanpro for his last payment, and Fanpro has my money and will not refund. I am stuck with repaying the loan but I am in serious trouble my mom even started a go fund me page for me. I tried to go after them legally but because their company is based in Dubai there is little I can do about it. I would just recommend no one else to move forward with them and do not make the same mistake I did.
This team rendered entry into the AI virtual-model space to be very easy. They established the whole agency on my behalf, assisted in recruitment and were also able to guide me through the process. The system is functional, the support is attentive and the earn approach displays confidence of them in their model. Great recommendation to any person interested in launching a lucrative online venture!
My experience so far with FanPro has been great. I wasn’t familiar with the industry, but after learning about the process, it seemed like a no-brainer. The onboarding has been smooth and the models turned out so realistic. It does take a while for the accounts to ramp up, which they did tell me at the beginning. I’m 2 months in and already seeing tons of sales and building up some momentum!
This was the worst experience. Lets start from the beginning. The sales guy was a real smooth talker, real slick salesman. Anyway, I was about to pull the trigger but I wanted to get a “client referral” call to check it was all legitimate (lucky I did). Long story short, I spoke with the "client referral" and then 3 days later i booked a call on their calendar to essentially buy, and guess what? The guy I spoke to was the SAME GUY who was working as a FanPro Salesperson!!!! In essence, their client referral was a fanpro employee in disguise. When I called him out on it, they spun some excuse about how he’s “both a client and helps with sales.”Instantly I was out.Unfortunately though one of my friends had already started with them a few months back.He paid them five figures for their so-called “done-for-you” package and all he got was a generic folder with some training and weeks of delays. He also spoke to Tyron the owner who told him "I cant be bothered speaking with you" when he was just asking for some basic help??? After that, support basically disappeared. No working setup, no refund, nothing.I didn’t lose money personally, but seeing how my friend’s turned out just confirmed what my gut was already telling me.Do your homework before you hand over a cent to FanPro Management. Please trust me, and just dont do it
I spent 40k with Fanspro with a promise of a structured support and liable management and the experience has been satisfactory. Communication is quite excellent, the systems are quite organized and the service has met expectations. Based on my experience
Where do I start? My experience with FanPro Management was extremely disappointing. They make a lot of big promises up front.... impressive presentations, confident pitches, and strong marketing language but once you’re actually in their system, you quickly realize it’s mostly hot air. They’re skilled marketers, but the delivery simply isn’t there. They consistently missed timelines, didn’t follow through on what they guaranteed, and every step felt like delay after delay. Even within their own team, the turnover is so high that you can tell something isn’t right. After about 30–60 days, the red flags start becoming impossible to ignore. Some people catch it early, but clearly many did not and you can see that reflected in the other reviews. My advice is to stay far away from this company. If you’ve already signed up or paid them, contact your credit card company or whoever helped you secure the funding and try to recoup your money immediately. I wish I would’ve known sooner.Edit to FPMGT Response: You guys can spin the word play however you want to spin it. When someone invest a substantial amount of money into a project, the note taking and journaling becomes obsessive. My notes and journals do NOT show anything your notes say and I was the end user. Anyone reading these reviews want the truth you can email me and I'm not hard to find. Your research led you here so I'm sure you have been on Reddit too. I have everything documented with receipts. No hires, no content posted in vaults, no content scheduled, delayed content deliverables, hidden fees for software, hidden fees for photo and video generation, bad generation model. I got notes. No hires. What you guys should do going forward is acknowledge your mistakes, reevaluate your customer service approach and understand that a positive user experience is how you scale a business. When real users have a positive experience, you won't have to run all the ads. Just do better and do right by people.
