To monetize this business, I needed to create a creator account and accumulate $50 before I could withdraw any funds. This process took almost two weeks to complete. However, the training indicated I needed to link my other AI model accounts to the first one. When I reached out for assistance, my initial account, which took three weeks to set up, was banned without any explanation. I can't access it or the funds within. What if I had a significant amount in there? It feels unjust that the platform can just ban accounts and seize funds without notice. I've contacted their support, but the only option is email, and I keep receiving the same suggestion to create a case, which takes an additional 10-15 business days. I should have realized this seemed too good to be true. While the management may aspire to build a legitimate enterprise, they appear far from achieving that. It seems like a few individuals are taking people's money and relying on cheap offshore labor to create an illusion of a functioning business. I recommend avoiding this venture until they resolve their significant process and support issues.
