Unable to “unsubscribe” from their constant and annoying emails. Always get “error” when trying to complete. Think. I bought a Xmas gift without an account so updating “my account” is not an option. Other than that possibility I have no idea how I ended up in their database. Have been trying for over one month to get my email removed.
Bad sizing, sending crazy sizes (like youth extra large is a size 20 instead of normal 14) but not clarifying on the website so when you buy, even if you check the size they provide wrong information about the size. I have gifts that are totally unusable sitting in my bedroom from 3 Christmas's where they sent unusable goofy sizes. These people are cons, they send garbage and refuse refunds, even when you try to refund the day you receive their trash, they charge huge fees to get your money back. Go to FOCO instead NEVER use this website even if it is housed on "Walmart" or any other place. Very bad business.
I ordered a Saints key chain on 11/29/22. Delivery was supposed to be in 3-7 days. It’s 12/14/22 and I still haven’t received it. I would NEVER BUY anything from this company again. It’s impossible to contact them and the tracking system is insufficient. Was supposed to arrive today at 9 pm, but never received it.
I attempted to place an order 3 times at different times and each time I received emails days later that my orders were cancelled with no explanation except “a problem was encountered”. Not a great site to do Christmas shopping!! Really ruined my gift giving ideas!
If you want to return several items in one order, you may have to pay $9.99 return shipping PER ITEM. The reason Fansedge gives is that various items ship from various warehouses, and you have to pay the return shipping to each warehouse the item came from. You can try to argue that the customer can’t control where things ship from. You ordered from a company, not a warehouse, and you should be able to return to that company….but you won’t get very far. They did agree to waive the shipping on one item. You might get lucky and everything you want to return happened to have come from the same warehouse, in which case you can ship them all back together for $9.99. I had 3 items to return, and I was set to pay $9.99 return shipping EACH until one return shipping fee was waived. And the reason I was returning them was that they were terrible quality. Should be able to return it all for free. I kept many items in my order that I thought were great, but it was pitiful how terrible these 3 were.
The size guide was very off. The medium sweatshirt was HUGE on me, I am 5’1” - 150lbs. The quality of the sweatshirt is not worth the price. Worst of all…they charge you $9.99 to return an item!…AFTER you already paid shipping the first time around. Find your sports gear somewhere else!
