I am thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered a zip-up for my father-in-law, but soon after, my husband informed me that he had already placed the same order as a Christmas gift. I tried to cancel the order through customer support, but the representative informed me that it was too late to do so because the order had already been sent to the warehouse. This is a $92 charge, and I was told I would have to wait for the item to arrive and then return it, which could take up to two weeks. It feels like the company is just trying to hold onto funds for as long as possible. I find it perplexing that they would process two orders knowing they would be returned, incurring extra costs for return labels. I will not be making any future purchases from them and regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as 77% of them are one-star.

I've also contacted their chat support twice, yet I continue to receive multiple marketing emails daily. This disregard for my request is incredibly frustrating. I'm bombarded with four to five marketing emails every day. Please stop sending them.

When I called, I was told it was a custom item and takes longer, despite being promised Christmas delivery. Their customer service offered to waive shipping and create a ticket, but that doesn't help me now. This was supposed to be my son's main gift, and I feel let down. I would not have ordered had they been honest about the timeline. They clearly lied about delivery promises. I won't order from them again.
