The customer service was incredibly frustrating! I experienced one of the most aggravating situations ever. Responses were slow, and the designs were poor, leaving me waiting for days, even weeks, for simple changes to be made. It's a waste of time—look for another option! If I find a better alternative, I'll share it. Don’t trust their replies! They are full of falsehoods—they failed in every aspect, making revisions I never requested and sending mock-ups that didn’t reflect our desired design. Whenever I attempted to resolve issues, they were unreachable by phone. Their contact number leads straight to voicemail. I can only imagine the terrible service if an order went completely wrong. What a disappointment! We have 25 teams in our organization, and they completely dropped the ball!
