I ordered custom baseball jerseys for my friend's bachelorette party and they came out absolutely perfect! The quality is great and the printing came out super clear. I requested assistance with designing and creating mockups and Whisper was incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend!
We have had outstanding service as we custom designed a jersey, asked for a number of different things, placed multiple orders and even needed to meet a tight deadline for one order and our rep, Whisper, made it all happen for us all with outstanding customer service. I'm not sure why the concept has received mixed feedback. They did an excellent job on my two jerseys. While nothing can be perfect, I'm giving them a five-star rating. Great work, I will certainly purchase from them again soon!
This has been a terrible experience! It claimed 7-8 day shipping in the advertisement, but it took them that long just to process my order. I made my purchase the week before Thanksgiving, and now it’s the week before Christmas with no updates. The tracking app has been stuck in Hoboken, NJ for over a week.
The customer service was incredibly frustrating! I experienced one of the most aggravating situations ever. Responses were slow, and the designs were poor, leaving me waiting for days, even weeks, for simple changes to be made. It's a waste of time—look for another option! If I find a better alternative, I'll share it. Don’t trust their replies! They are full of falsehoods—they failed in every aspect, making revisions I never requested and sending mock-ups that didn’t reflect our desired design. Whenever I attempted to resolve issues, they were unreachable by phone. Their contact number leads straight to voicemail. I can only imagine the terrible service if an order went completely wrong. What a disappointment! We have 25 teams in our organization, and they completely dropped the ball!
I ordered a customized baseball jersey for my XU Homecoming. The jersey is made of high quality material that is BBW friendly. The colors are vibrant and the stitching & patches of my logo came out perfectly! The turn around was extremely quick and efficient. I will definitely order more items in the future.
I placed two separate custom bulk orders (about 60 jerseys) for our youth hockey team, and their customer service was excellent!
