This has been a terrible experience! It claimed 7-8 day shipping in the advertisement, but it took them that long just to process my order. I made my purchase the week before Thanksgiving, and now it’s the week before Christmas with no updates. The tracking app has been stuck in Hoboken, NJ for over a week.
