It pains me to leave a bad review . On thinking about my bad experience today , People need to be made aware . My friend had a nice experience recently , and she recommended Jessica . However, Jessica wasn’t available when I arrived this morning . A very sweet Stylist greeted me at the door ; was very kind , welcoming , friendly and chatty so I decided to take a chance that she could trim my hair . Complementary shampoo was good . On consultation: I explained I had a precision Bob that needed just a trim like an inch off and reshape and the young lady said it was no trouble . She said she could achieve that even with layers if I wanted . I opted for just the trim . The results of the cut were definitely not as promised . The sweet young lady hadn’t a clue about precision Bobs , I’m sorry to say looking at my cut at home after the blow dry . I wondered if she is liscenced? Uneven lengths in the back and all the way around &sides don’t match ! I have to change the part to hide the unevenness in the front / The angle is botched on the one side. This is so unacceptable ! There was no manager to complain about the mishap and to see about making the matter “right”when I was there this morning . Christmas holiday is a few days away and I have to pray I find a qualified skilled beautician somewhere with an opening before the holiday to rework the botched cut . We all have places to be this time of year ,are short of time and money . We need to be presentable. I’ll be paying twice now for what should have been a minimal trim and a time saver . A complete waste of time and money . I do not recommend this shop .
