I had a very poor experience this morning. I booked an oven clean and was given a window of 8am to 11.30am. No one arrived and there was no notification of what was going on until I rang the call centre and was told the person was fifteen minutes away at 11.45 and I would get a call. No call or person turned up until 12.15 when the cleaner called me to say that they'd be with me at 1pm. There was no apology. I immediately cancelled the service and a further cursory call arrived from the call centre telling me that I would be receiving a refund. No explanation was forthcoming although this time there was an apology. I've wasted a whole morning at a time when getting out organising the festive period would have been a much better use of my time. Fantastic Services need to re-name themselves. Total Shambles just about sums it up. Never ever again.....
