I had booking and right up until late on day before l was getting reminders of booking and who was doing the job and then got an email at 5:30 to say that my appointment for the next day at 12 o’clock is cancelled. I asked why it was cancelled and got told it was too far away but they should’ve known that from the time of booking the week before very unhappy with this service.

Terrible Experience. Stay Away for Urgent Needs. I scheduled an end of tenancy cleaning for the final day of my lease. I was informed that I would receive a call 15 minutes before the job was completed. After leaving, I received a call 3 hours later stating that the service didn’t occur due to 'mould' in the property (which was not true). The representative simply left the premises, leaving it unlocked, without completing any work. Completely unreliable service. I would give this a zero rating if possible.

I had a very poor experience this morning. I booked an oven clean and was given a window of 8am to 11.30am. No one arrived and there was no notification of what was going on until I rang the call centre and was told the person was fifteen minutes away at 11.45 and I would get a call. No call or person turned up until 12.15 when the cleaner called me to say that they'd be with me at 1pm. There was no apology. I immediately cancelled the service and a further cursory call arrived from the call centre telling me that I would be receiving a refund. No explanation was forthcoming although this time there was an apology. I've wasted a whole morning at a time when getting out organising the festive period would have been a much better use of my time. Fantastic Services need to re-name themselves. Total Shambles just about sums it up. Never ever again.....

Frustrating experience with cancellations

I made a booking through a platform and they cancelled on me twice, resulting in a loss of two days of work while I waited at the location. The service has been extremely disappointing. It took two weeks to get an appointment, and after being rescheduled, I ended up waiting a total of three weeks without receiving any service. I will not consider using this service again and have lost a potential customer as a result.

Terrible experience with this service.

Absolutely appalling. This is the worst service I have encountered in over 30 years as a homeowner and landlord. I would never consider using them again, especially after they took £89 from my account to join their program without my consent. They are incredibly deceptive in numerous ways, and I can't even begin to detail them all. Do not share your payment information with them. They will misuse it—when you try to stop the payment, no one responds, yet you will receive a call questioning why you refuse to pay an additional £800 to repair a few kitchen cupboards. Stay away at all costs.

Trapped by their policies

Trapped by their policies I booked a job only to find out that I would be responsible for any parking fines incurred by their workers, even if they park illegally. I wasn't willing to take on that risk for someone else's poor choices. Their solution? They canceled the service and still charged me a cancellation fee. So, my choices were: pay for their errors or pay for refusing to accept them. Truly disappointing.

Satisfied with the electrician, but the follow-up calls are bothersome

I arranged for an electrician and was quite pleased with his work; however, the incessant phone calls from the service asking for a review are quite irritating. While it's up to me whether to provide feedback, the relentless reminders give the impression that there’s an underlying issue.
